Since 1991, Jan Rodgers has devoted her professional career to helping dentists and their teams become more successful. During this time, dentists often came to her seeking qualified staff for their busy offices. She saw a void in the training landscape and in 2007, Jan formed the Rodgers Training Center to ensure that her dental clients were provided with well-trained, competent staff.

Her passion has always been to help dentists do what they are trained to do — practice dentistry — while she helps their staff become well-trained, professional and competent teams. Through the Rodgers Training Center program, Jan is able to empower career-minded individuals to excel in this remarkable field and provide skilled team members to the dental practices that need them. Her unique background includes 10 years of corporate training experience with students of every skill level, plus 6 years as a Certified Dentrix Trainer.
